Improving TB care and support services in remote and hard to reach communities of Kalangala , Kassanda and Mpigi districts all in central Uganda through a human rights approach
The TB project is aimed at enhancing community led monitoring (CLM) , ensuring TB affected communities are at the center of TB response .
We use the the One Impact CLM TB Approach which is a digital tool with six modules Ie, knowing about TB rights, providing accurate and up to date information about TB , linkages to the nearby health centers for free TB services , peer support networks , the National TB program and human rights groups , and lastly the survey.
